Terms of Service

By accessing or using the VisionHammer service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

VisionHammer is an autonomous engineering platform that detects, diagnoses, and resolves production incidents on your behalf via OAuth and a local agent inside your infrastructure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, not to reverse engineer or disassemble any part of the platform, and not to resell or redistribute the service without our prior written permission.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable.

VisionHammer retains all rights to the platform. You retain all rights to your source code and to all Pull Requests and fixes generated by the service on your codebase.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party and to use that information solely for the purpose of performing under these Terms.

Personal data and usage data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at visionhammer.io/privacy.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Important notice: all Pull Requests generated by VisionHammer require human review and approval before being merged. VisionHammer never deploys code to production directly.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect.
