Provided directly: name, email, company, billing details when you book a demo, apply for a PoC, or subscribe to a plan.
From your infrastructure: production logs and stack traces required for incident resolution. This data is processed in memory inside your own infrastructure and is never persisted on VisionHammer servers.

How We Use Your Data
To provide and operate the service, process billing, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Legal Basis (GDPR)
Performance of contract for service delivery. Legitimate interests for product improvement and security. Legal obligation for billing and tax records. Consent for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.

Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of your active account plus 90 days following termination.

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements, with legal authorities when required by valid legal process, and with potential acquirers in the event of a merger or acquisition.

Our headquarters are in Portugal (EU). Operational infrastructure runs on AWS US East. Where personal data leaves the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
