Questions we always get
Does VisionHammer ever deploy to production directly?
Never. Every fix generates a Pull Request. Your team reviews and approves before anything merges. The AI is autonomous up to the PR. After that, humans decide.
Does our source code leave our servers?
No. The local Node.js agent runs inside your infrastructure. Code is read in real-time, processed in memory, and never persisted on our servers.
What happens if VisionHammer cannot fix an incident?
If the system cannot generate a fix with sufficient confidence, it notifies your team with a full diagnostic report: the detected error, root cause analysis, affected files, and suggested next steps.
Is our code used to train AI models?
No. Your code is read only to resolve the incident at hand, inside your environment, and is never used to train any model. Every AI tool in our pipeline is configured so that no customer data is retained or used for training.
Where is our data processed and stored?
Your source code is processed in memory inside your own infrastructure and is never persisted on our servers. We offer data residency options for EU and MENA, and dedicated or on-premise deployment for regulated environments.
Do we need to install anything?
VisionHammer connects via OAuth and the agent is auto-provisioned inside your environment. No manual installation, and nothing leaves your infrastructure.
What if we go over our included fixes?
Additional fixes are billed at a fixed, predictable per-fix price (shown on each plan), and you can set a spending cap so you are never surprised. No per-token billing, ever.
How is this different from Datadog or Sentry?
Those detect and alert. VisionHammer closes the loop: it resolves the incident and opens a reviewed Pull Request, inside your own environment.
